  • Body Stress Release is unlike anything else you have tried before. We do not override the body's protective measures. We work with the body as we undertake a series of muscle tests to determine the direction of muscle stress/tension. Therefore we know exactly where and in what direction we need to work in and therefore only an accurate precise stimulus is needed.
  • Body Stress Release is a gentle, yet effective technique which assists the body in its in-built ability to maintain and heal itself. When the stresses of life - whether mechanical, chemical or mental/emotional - reach the level of overload, the body is no longer able to adapt constructively. The stress becomes locked into the physical structures, causing pain, stiffness, numbness or postural distortions.
